# Error. No products

On the [https://world.openfoodfacts.org/facets/editors/enzyklopaedie](https://world.openfoodfacts.org/facets/editors/enzyklopaedie) I get an “Error. No products.”-error even though the data I submitted is already present in the database.

I scanned the barcode again (with OpenNutriTracker) and the data and images I updated are already fetched from the API but they aren’t shown on my profile. How to fix this?

In network tab I see a 404 Not Found HTTP-Error, but I exist. I can login, I can submit/edit data, so where is the problem and how do I fix this?

- Are you sure that OpenNutriTracker does not use a single OFF account for all of its users? Some applications do that and then discriminate with a UUID.
- Did you create your account at [openfoodfacts.org](http://openfoodfacts.org)?
