Are there any detailed statistics of OFF, OPF etc datasets?

I haven’t found any page with that. Does it even exist?

For instance, how many contributors the project has totally and which percent/number of them is active and in which countries? How many products don’t have any illustrations, product name/brand/similar details etc? How many products were added in last month? And many other interesting questions

some data might be available through facets,

eg. https://world.openfoodfacts.org/facets/editors/ for users

https://world.openfoodfacts.org/facets/states gives you products states
as well as https://world.openfoodfacts.org/facets/misc

for some questions, https://world.openfoodfacts.org/facets/data-quality-warnings

or https://world.openfoodfacts.org/facets/data-quality-errors

But yes we don’t have much more stats ATM
