I found this value in foksonomy properties:
With great chance it means it is just test edit and the editor forgot to remove it. But can it reversed if I’m not right?
Also this functionality can be helpful if someone will vandal the folksonomy (will add tons of garbage edits or will remove all edits of other users). And this topic doesn’t have any final answer or explanation as well: Edit history and discussion page .
