New folksonomy property - :country_name

Motivation

It allows to specify, that some information is relevant only to some specific country/countries

:[country_name] is a suffix that should be added mainly to other properties to show that value will be relevant only to some specific country.

[country_name] should be replaced with actual country name in English.

Examples:

  • customer_service_phone_number**:israel** - phone number for customers from Israel
  • need_medical_prescription**:france** - does this product (drug/mecidine) need medical prescription to be bought in France?

Shouldn’t this use ISO country codes rather than country names in the same way that languages are apparently specified as “:en” and not “:english”? This would avoid internationalisation issues like, is it “:royaume-uni” or “:vereinigtes königreich” or “:great britain” or “:united kingdom” or “:the united kingdom”?
