Motivation
If I don’t know specific category for some text, but I’m ready to transcript it. It can be stored there until someone who will know the appreciate category will move this text to it. It is easier to copy this text from product properties than writing it from a photo.
uncategorized_text should be used for storing all text on packaging that you are unsure which category it belongs to, or that doesn’t fit any other category.
\n in value field is used to show a new line if you need it.
