Open Prices. Should be bottle and other taxes added to product prices?

In Israel there is a tax for using plastic/aluminum bottle (0.5 and 0.3 ILS) in products and many stores write this tax as separate position in your receipt or in product name. Should it be added to a product price? This is what I do for now, but I want to understand what is a standard way of thinking about taxes here, in this project.

As separate position in receipts:

Receipt on Open Prices

Receipt on Open Prices

As part of product name in receipts:

Receipt on Open Prices

Hello Libra,
Currently, every price on Open Prices includes mandatory taxes, such as VAT. The fact this packaging tax is on a distinct line on the receipt makes no difference in my opinion.
However, I’m not sure the receipt extraction model extract correctly extracts the full price (including this packaging tax) with this kind of receipt.
Product taxes isn’t something we have thoroughly examined, though, and it’s still open to discussion!

Thanks. It looks fine for me. I only wanted to check, that there is no any other accepted practice for this case
