I am cleaning up the fruit juices category and related nectars. Working on the lime juices, I realised that this has Beverages as parent, which it is clearly not. Pure lime juices are undrinkable. This is also true for lemon juices. These juices are more like a condiment that are used in the kitchen. You might use these juices as a base for beverages though. So we might want to organise these differently:
- remove the parent beverages from fruit juices and fruit nectars
- add the parent beverages only to those juices that are drinkable straightaway
- add condiments as parent to lime and lemon juices
- add a category beverage preparations or something like that. Can also be used for concentrated fruit juices and syrops.
