You might consider some of the websites that collect free software events:
Actually I think Open Food Facts deserves a place on every event where somebody is willing to organize a stand, presentation, workshop or scan party.

We are currently preparing a Presentation Kit that will hopefully facilitate Open Food Facts’ presence on various events, represented by local contributors
